- Continue visibility and member presence throughout legislative session
- Provide leadership to the legislature and media on policy issues relating to health, human services, housing and safety issues for vulnerable populations
- Conduct grassroots training to provider and consumer constituencies in social cause awareness, community education, and social change actions
- Broaden and strengthen PHOCUSED membership base
- Disseminate information to members, media, community on key policy issues affecting vulnerable populations
- Continue advocacy for safety net funding for health, human services, housing and safety services
- Achieve sustainable funding base through membership and sponsorship support
